An important thing I need to improve is speaking out to a group of people, this is important because the job and career path I want to go down involves a lot of group discussions. As of now I’m not great at speaking to a group of selected people which is why I’d like to improve on this.

If I can overcome this, it will help me and benefit me so much in the career I want to do. I can prove my point and show a group of people about the topic or subject I want to get across to people.

i have done this by starting to take part in more group tasks and worked in small and some large groups on the projects that we have been given to complete.
